Every product we review undergoes an extensive 100 point test. We pride ourselves in giving the absolute best information possible.

Each training/tutorial session spends tens of hours with at least three different members of our Review Team, who each grade the product individually, and then as a group. Below you can see a sample rubric for scoring the training/tutorial session:

Each individual grader goes through the entire checklist, which is broken down slightly further than the above sample, and gives each category a grade. Next the three or more graders collaborate in a conference room and discuss why they each gave the grade they did.

After this, if they cannot all agree one score, the average of the three will be taken, unless there is more than a three percent difference between the different grades. If there is a greater difference, then the rubrics will be sent on to a higher level to be reviewed.
